Payment

We require a 50% deposit at booking for Weddings. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the ceremony.

For general events payment is due in full at the time of booking.

We offer a list of recommended vendors

Other

We require a $1 million event insurance policy with The Springs at Hale Family Farm as the additional insured.

We can provide a list of vendors for catering, flowers, photography, DJ and lodging upon request. You may choose any caterer who is licensed and insured.

Alcohol is allowed, however it is not provided. You may choose any bartender who is licensed and insured.
